Limited-Edition Monographs by Ctein

Chasing the Sun, Baja Mexico Each monograph is strictly limited to a signed and numbered edition of 100 (plus five artist's proofs). Every plate is hand-printed and signed by Ctein. These portfolios are offered as lovely boxed loose-leaf sets ($995 U.S.). Each plate is individually printed by Ctein on 17" by 13" Epson Enhanced Matte paper with Epson pigmented inks. The image size on each page is up to 14" by 11" (depending upon the format of the photograph). Protective interleaf tissues carrying the plate number and title of the photograph are inserted between the plates.



The boxes are of a double-clamshell design, constructed of heavy archival board and covered in fine hand-woven black silk.

Each box is individually titled and signed by Ctein on the mounted cover photograph (not shown) and signed and numbered inside the cover in permanent metallic ink. Each plate is individually numbered and signed, as well.
